DKB Aesthetics – Treatment Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with DKB Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Deposits

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
  • This deposit will be deducted from the final balance of your treatment on the day.
  • Some treatments or offers may require full payment in advance. All payments made are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & Rearrangements by the Client

  • If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit or full payment.
  • If you fail to attend your appointment (“no-show”), any payment or deposit made will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations or Rearrangements by DKB Aesthetics

  • In rare circumstances, DKB Aesthetics may need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment (e.g. due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances).
  • In such cases, your payment or deposit will be transferred to a new date, but no refunds will be given.
  • We will always aim to give you as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative appointment.

4. Treatment Packages or Courses

  • Treatments purchased as part of a course or discounted package are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Missed or rearranged sessions are not eligible for refund and may be lost if sufficient notice is not given.

Booking Responsibility and Course Expiry Terms

  • It is the client’s responsibility to book their courses; DKB will not follow up or chase bookings.
  • All courses must be booked and used within the following timeframes:
  • Cryolipolysis courses: must be used within 3 months of purchase
  • Injectables, chemical peels, and microneedling courses: must be used within 4 months of purchase

5. Agreement

By booking any treatment with DKB Aesthetics, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these terms;
  • Agree that all payments and deposits are non-refundable, including if DKB Aesthetics needs to rearrange your appointment;
  • Accept that last-minute changes or cancellations may result in forfeiting your payment.
